User Experience for AI Voice
When your users navigate to the embedded Reach UI, they will be prompted to set up their AI Voice agent. Once they have completed these steps, they can test right away by placing a test call within the app. They can make any needed adjustments, and then their voice agent will be live and ready to go to work for them.1
Train Your Agent
The business will enter their website and Reach will scrape it for business details like services offered, business hours, contact details, and more. This can take 30-60 minutes to finish.

Review Business Knowledge
The business can then see all the information Reach has added to the agent’s knowledge and adust or add to it, all in plain English.

Test Your Agent
Next, the business can place a test call directly in the app to test the agent by asking it questions a typical customer might ask.

Set Up Call Forwarding
This last step is optional, but if the business wants to forward calls to their own number, they can configure that here by providing their number and selecting when they would like to forward (All Calls, Missed Calls, None).
Integrating AI Voice into your Platform
Implementing AI Voice for your tenants requires just two steps:1
Embed the Reach UI into your Application
Decide how you want to expose Reach to your users. We support both IFrame and React Component options that give you control to match the look-and-feel of your platform.
With the help of a shared secret, we allow you to automatically authenticate your users so they do not need to separately log into Reach.
When initializing the SDK, set
feature: 'voice' to load the Acquire interface.

Sync Transaction Data
Share the customer identifiers (phone, email, etc.) and transaction data (orders, bookings, memberships, etc.) so that Reach can make the connection between callers and revenue.
